I enjoy taking clients out, walking the land, and imagining how their home can sit, what views they can capture, and most importantly the lifestyle the land can provide them. Sometimes it is hard to envision what a house could look like on a property that’s where I come in to help. When buying land there is a number of different considerations to think about. Is the lot city sewer and water or will you need to put in your own well and septic? Is there an HOA in place? How will the HOA impact the neighborhood? Will the HOA prevent you from building or using your property in any way? Are the slopes going to be sufficient for the kind of exposure you want? What kind of internet is available? Often times in rural areas there is no fiber connection. So it is important to have a realtor that knows what questions to ask when finding a lot. With my network of builders, I will be able to help find you a builder that is going to be a great match for what style you are trying to build, your timeline, and budget, and also make sure there is a good personality match to ensure a great working relationship.
